Learn about different limits that are in place when using the platform
Limits for US Users
Keep in mind the following limits for users in the United States:
- Transactions over $3000 USD require user KYC to include their SSN (Social Security Number). Transactions below this amount can be successfully completed.
- Transaction limits are based on a 24 hour cycle, so two $600 CAD transactions within the same 24 hours would tip a user over the limit
- Transaction limits are on a per currency basis, so limits on CAD transactions are independent to limits on crypto transactions (for example BTC)
Limits for Canadian Users
Keep in mind the following limits for users in Canada:
- Transactions over $1000 CAD require user KYC to include their SIN (Social Insurance Number).
General Limits
In addition to region specific limits please keep the following in mind:
- Cryptocurrency trading is limited to $0.01, or the minimum to cover associated trading fees
- Internal book transfers have the following limits
- Fiat: $0.01

Implementation Considerations
