What does the settlement process look like?

Learn how the Cybrid Platform handles settlement for transfers and trades.

Depending on the transfer type we have different settlement timelines to be aware of.

Fiat

United States
- We process same-day ACH's for funding or withdraw transfers
- Transfers initiated prior to 3pm Eastern typically settle same-day, while transfers initiated after 3pm Eastern typically settle the following business day
- ACH operates during business days, so transactions after 3pm Eastern on Friday, during the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will begin to be processed on the morning of the next business day
- ACH transfers are initiated individually when a funding or withdrawal is requested
Canada
- We process EFT's for funding or withdraw transfers
- Typically EFT's take approximately 2 business days to settle

- EFT operates during business days, so transactions after 3pm Eastern on Friday, during the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will begin to be processed on the morning of the next business day
- EFT transfers are initiated individually when a funding or withdrawal is requested

The Cybrid platform processes trades in the following manner:

Trade settlement occurs twice every business day at approximately 7am Eastern and 12pm Eastern.
Trades completed after 12pm Eastern will settle in the following business morning's settlement
