      How do I use a Plaid Processor Token?

      Learn how to use a processor token to connect a bank account via Plaid when using your own Plaid account.

      Processor Token Support

      The Cybrid Platform can accept a Plaid Processor Token in order to connect an external bank account for a customer. This method allows partners to use their own Plaid integrations seamlessly with the Cybrid Platform.

      Processor Token Requirements

      When using a processor token, please ensure the following requirements are met:

      1. The token is generated for the modern_treasury processor
      2. You have enabled Plaid's Identity product (there may be a cost to enable this)
      3. Ensure that you check the customers bank balance prior to submitting a transfer request to the Cybrid Platform
